Dominique

Blanchard

Dominique has practiced the healing arts since 2003. As an ERYT 500 yoga teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist, she brings rare clinical depth to movement drawing from anatomy, connective tissue work, nervous system regulation, and breath to explore how the body holds and releases what it carries. Cofounder of The Temple and founder of three wellness organizations, she has spent two decades helping people better understand the body they live in. The body is always speaking. Her classes help you hear it.

Head of Marketing

Jared Duhon

Jared came to yoga unexpectedly after a motorcycle accident left him unable to participate in intense movement. He entered his first class looking for a safe way to move and sweat. Through continued practice, yoga became an important part of rehabilitating his injuries and reconnecting with his body. Yoga has taught Jared to become more aware of his body and breath while connecting with a deeper sense of self. His teaching style responds to the energy in the room, moving between joy, playfulness, and challenge while maintaining a safe and supportive structure. Jared emphasizes alignment and muscular engagement throughout his flows, coaches students through the breath, and invites them to trust themselves.

His classes create space to find freedom in movement, vulnerability in stillness, and the courage to go deeper.

Creative Director

Beth Presley

Beth is a 300-hour certified yoga teacher trained in Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Power Yoga, Yoga Nidra, trauma-informed, and adaptive yoga. Her classes blend movement, breath, and body awareness with specific muscle isolation and mobility work; helping students build real strength, improve function, and explore their bodies with curiosity and intention.

Movement instructor

Julia Delcambre

Julie teaches the kind of class she'd want to take; strong, structured, challenging, and purposeful.

Rooted in the teachings of Baron Baptiste and the Journey into Power sequence, her classes are built to make you work, sweat, and leave feeling like you earned it.

She cares deeply about alignment, mechanics, and helping students move safely and with intention.

What began as a counterbalance to years of running evolved into a lifelong passion for mindful movement and self-discovery.

Julie believes yoga is about progress, not perfection and that every practice is a chance to reset, reconnect, and grow.

Movement instructor

Jeanne Marie Louse

Jeanne Marie fell in love with yoga 15 years ago as a way to stretch after distance running and ease stress. When she discovered Hot Power Yoga in 2015, the combination of heat, athletic movement, and breath felt like a spiritual awakening. That passion led her to become an RYT 200.

With encouragement from local mentors, Jeanne Marie began teaching in 2022. She has since led more than 600 classes, from Honolulu’s beaches and Moncus Park to the Lafayette Police Department, along with private group classes.

Her teaching blends Vinyasa, Baptiste Power, Iyengar, Pilates, strength, and mobility with mindful breath, creative movement, and thoughtfully curated playlists.

With warmth, humor, and heart, she encourages students to listen to their bodies, move with intention, and discover strength, serenity, stress relief, and the joy of being fully present.

Movement instructor

Kimberly Yoder

Kim found that yoga gave her a direct path back to her internal home.

She believes we spend too much time in our heads and not enough time in our bodies.

Through mental stillness and deep body awareness, yoga creates space for greater physical and emotional well being. The practice builds strength while teaching us to find balance between challenging ourselves and offering ourselves grace. Growth on the mat becomes growth beyond it.

After a decade of personal practice, Kim felt called to help others experience the same sustainable health yoga had given her.

In 2022, she completed her RYT 200 training with Lit From Within Yoga.

Her classes blend challenge with harmony, ease, and fun, creating space for students to move, reconnect, and remember that self love is something we all deserve.

Movement instructor

Lindsay Prejean

Lindsay Prejean, founder of Prejean Wellness, has been passionate about yoga since 2007 and teaching since 2017. Her journey began during a season of debilitating anxiety, when she discovered yoga on the shelves of a local Barnes & Noble. Years later, after experiencing several career transitions, she followed that calling and earned her RYT-200 certification in Baptiste Power Yoga in Houston, Texas.

Lindsay began her teaching journey with a passion for children’s yoga, partnering with charter schools to create innovative movement-based programs and later working one-on-one with neurodivergent children. After COVID and pregnancy, her teaching evolved from traditional power yoga into a slower, intentional flow infused with strength and energy.

Expect 2–3 breaths per pose, powerful transitions, and heart-opening Savasanas. Lindsay is committed to lifelong learning and is currently pursuing her RYT-300 while practicing as a Mikao Usui Reiki Practitioner.

She can’t wait to see you on the mat!
