Most yoga teachers are undertrained in the body they are teaching.

They learn sequences and cues. They do not learn how the body actually works.

Not just another 200-hour training.

This program is designed to awaken your personal power, refine your alignment, and deepen your devotion to growth — on and off the mat.

I

Embodied Anatomy

Go beyond muscles and bones. Learn how fascia behaves under load, how the nervous system responds in real time, and how emotional patterns live in the body.

II

Journey Into Power

A sports-medicine-based sequence that is safe, effective, and sustainable — used as your foundation for power yoga, vinyasa, and yin.

III

Somatic Leadership

Learn to lead yourself first. Develop presence, clear communication, and the inner clarity to guide others through real transformation.

IV

Real-World Application

Work with real people, not ideal shapes. Scale classes from beginners to advanced. Walk away with tools you can use immediately.

"This is not theoretical teaching.
This is lived experience, translated into a way you can actually use."

Yoga is the container. But this is about understanding the human body — and how to lead yourself and others through transformation.

01

Journey Into Power Sequencing

The full structure and philosophy of the JIP sequence — how to teach it, modify it, and build on it for any level, style, or room.

02

Fascia & Structural Patterning

How fascial lines move, store tension, and respond to breath and load. See the body as a connected system.

03

Alignment-Based Anatomy

Hands-on anatomical awareness. Learn to see postural patterns, guide adjustment, and support structural change.

04

Nervous System Integration

How the nervous system responds to movement, breath, and held posture — and how to work with it skillfully.

05

Breathwork as Transformation

Pranayama as both a physical and emotional tool. Understand the physiological and energetic effects of breath.

06

Yoga Philosophy & Roots

Yamas, niyamas, meditation, and the classical foundations of yoga practice — applied to modern life.

07

Cueing, Sequencing & Presence

How to use language, energy, and silence to lead a room. Scale any class from advanced to yin.

08

Inner Work & Self Inquiry

Journaling, reflection, and inquiry practices. Communication skills that translate far beyond the studio.

"This training will challenge you, hold you, and expand you.
It will take you inward — and teach you how to show up in your life and practice like never before."
— Dominique Blanchard

With so many trainings available, what you actually learn matters.

Even if you never teach a class, you will leave knowing how to lead yourself — with clarity, courage, and authenticity.
